ACCOUNTING

Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist
  • Due to growth of our Service & Preventative Maintenance division, we have an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist. Job duties include:
    • Invoice, process and issue credit memos related to Service orders
    • Process and monitor progress billing to Service customers
    • Assist Credit & Collections departments with Service billing questions
    • Assist with monthly closing
    • Assist with Accounts Receivable requests during annual audit

ADMINISTRATIVE

Administrative Support Representative - Located in Grapevine, TX
  • The Administrative Support Representative is responsible for organizing and supporting all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the local Premier Collision Equipment location in Grapevine, Texas.
Construction Coordinator
  • The Construction Coordinator will assist in managing the daily activities of multiple GFS construction projects both domestically and internationally. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to be exposed to government and premier general contractors.

ENGINEERING

Civil/Structural Engineer
  • This position will partner with and support sales, design, purchasing, manufacturing, installation, and service of GFS’s products.
Drafter/Designer
  • The Drafter/Designer translates the ideas, rough sketches, and specifications from the customer/sales personnel and Engineering team into general production and installation prints and bills of materials which are used in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of company products.
Drafter/Designer - Temporary, Full-Time
  • This is a full time, temporary position with an approximate duration of six months based on business needs. Position qualifies for some benefits based on hours worked.
Electrical Controls Designer
  • The Electrical Controls Designer is responsible for the design of Industrial Controls Systems for use on GFS products and projects by translating the ideas, rough sketches, and specifications of the customer/sales personnel into working plans.
Electrical Engineering Manager
  • The Electrical Engineering Manager will provide leadership and direction to our Electrical Department to achieve our growth, quality and financial objectives of the company.
Mechanical Engineer
  • This position will partner with and support sales, design, purchasing, manufacturing, installation, and service of GFS’s products.

MANAGEMENT

Business Development Manager
  • The Business Development Manager in our Automotive Refinish Division will develop and guide the implementation of the account-specific business plan, achieve account profitability and sales targets, and provide account leadership.
Construction Coordinator
  • The Construction Coordinator will assist in managing the daily activities of multiple GFS construction projects both domestically and internationally. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to be exposed to government and premier general contractors.
Electrical Engineering Manager
  • The Electrical Engineering Manager will provide leadership and direction to our Electrical Department to achieve our growth, quality and financial objectives of the company.
Purchasing Manager
  • The Purchasing Manager is responsible for all company procurement activities including raw materials, equipment and supplies, as well as directing, supervising and providing functional expertise to the purchasing team.
Supply Chain Manager
  • The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for supervising a team of 1 Brake Press Operator II, 6 Assemblers and 1 Turret Operator, as well as analyzing processes, work orders, quality control and work in progress and finished products.

MANUFACTURING

$1,000 sign-on bonus available for regular, full-time, open 2nd shift positions.
$1.00 per hour shift differential for all 2nd shift positions.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Organizational Recruitment Specialist
  • The Organizational Recruitment Specialist facilitates full cycle recruiting and hiring of candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions within the company while abiding by Affirmative Action requirements.

SALES/SALES SUPPORT

Business Development Manager - Auto Refinish Division
  • The Business Development Manager will develop and guide the implementation of the account-specific business plan, achieve account profitability and sales targets, and provide account leadership. The Business Development Manager is responsible for producing proactive plans to increase brand awareness of GFS products and create strong lines of communication from the field to senior management.
Lead Management Representative - Industrial Division
  • The Lead Management Rep is responsible for the Industrial business unit lead management function by qualifying, distributing, following-up, and reporting on leads from the Industrial sales business unit.
Territory Support Representative
  • The Territory Support Representative will support the Industrial Sales department by reviewing PO against GFS Quotes and participating in Kick Off Meetings.

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Construction Coordinator
  • The Construction Coordinator will assist in managing the daily activities of multiple GFS construction projects both domestically and internationally. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to be exposed to government and premier general contractors.
Customer Support Representative - Service & Preventative Maintenance
  • The Customer Support Representative is responsible for supporting the Service & Preventative Maintenance Business Unit and its customers on providing an exceptional customer experience.
Electro-Mechanical Customer Service Technician
  • This position will be responsible for responding to the needs of GFS customers by performing numerous duties pertaining to installation, startup/training, service calls, maintenance and repair of items sold, leased, or rented with service maintenance contracts or covered under warranty.
