GFS LOGIC

The LOGIC series of control panels are the most advanced spray booth control systems ever developed for paint booths. Smart Panel Technology

Smart Profiles are pre programmed sequences designed with the unique requirements of each operator and paint type in mind. These profiles contain multiple ‘segments’ when time, temperature, intake fan speed, cabin pressure and even AdvanceCure operation are adjusted according to the requirements of each specific painter, type of coating or brand in order to maximize drying performance. By using Smart Profiles, the user is not required to manually adjust the temperature throughout the cycle, making operation of the booth much easier, and providing consistent results between paint jobs.

Economy Mode

Economy Mode is an energy saving feature available with LOGIC control panles, that can save up to 60% in electricity and 75% in fuel, when compared to the same booth running at full capacity for the same period of time. Utilizing VFD’s on intake and exhaust motors provide even further savings by eliminating power consumption spikes when the heat system starts up, and operates at peak efficiencies keeping your booth balanced with optimum airflow.

Get the Most from Your Filters

The LOGIC control panel features Filter Monitoring, a simple solution that saves you time, money and energy, while keeping your booth running at maximum efficiency. Filter Monitoring can monitor all filter banks and will display a notification message indicating which filters need to be changed, ensuring maximum filter life, peak performance and optimal cleanliness

Integrated Controls for AdvanceCure

GFS developed the AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System to help body shops be more
productive, more efficient, and more profitable by decreasing cure and dry times of any type of
coating. AdvanceCure turns your paint booth in to a convection oven, drastically reducing drying
times. When coupled with a LOGIC control panel, the operator has complete control over the
towers in one easy-to-use interface. Want one tower on, but not the others? How about two on and two off? With GFS’ AdvanceCure, you can use any combination you want.

Designed with everything you need to control your booth. The LOGIC 3 comes standard with controls for optional AdvanceCure, Smart Flash, SmartCure and can be upgraded to include filter monitoring and Economy Mode with the purchase of an intake VFD. This panel is easy to use with a clear 6” monochrome interface that provides all the information you need. The Logic 3 is an impressive
yet simple control system for your booth.

The fully-loaded LOGIC 4 control panel provides complete control over your booth, and the ability to easily switch from a waterborne user interface to a solvent base interface. At the touch of a button, you have controls for AdvanceCure, SmartCure and Smart Flash. The panel even comes with Economy Mode, and Filter Monitoring function, saving you time and money. The LOGIC 4 boasts a 10” color user interface providing ease of use, displaying more information on each screen so that users can operate the booth quickly and more efficiently.
