Explosion Relief Vent Panels: Explosion-relief vent panels designed to release at a maximum internal pressure of 20 psf. Location - rear wall of building. Each panel is sealed to prevent gases from escaping to the exterior. Explosion-relief panels are equipped with FMRC-approved explosion-relief fasteners.
Interior Lighting: Explosion proof incandescent ceiling mounted with guard, glass globe and 300 Watt lamp.
Walls: 6" wide steel studs spaced 12" covered with two layers of 5/8" type exterior gypsum wallboard each side. Skinned with ASTM A591, 18-gauge steel white polyurethane coated panels.
Roof/Ceiling: The roof consists of joists 7" deep and spaced
at 12" on center. Two layers of gypsum board are attached to the interior and covered with 18-gauge white polyurethane coated steel panels. Exterior is skinned with 18-gauge white coated steel panels.
Steel Grating: 1" bars painted black.
Floor Support: 6" steel beams run the entire length of the housing and are positioned for holding heavy capacities.
Ventilation System: 680 cfm @ 3/8 sp for optimum air exchange rating.
Control Panel: NEMA 4 water/oil tight enclosure incorporates voltage per customer requirements, UL listed system, fuse block, and operating switches.
Sump Construction: Liquid tight heavy gauge sheet steel supported by exterior welded steel risers to allow for under sump leak inspection.
Extra Large Spill Containment: Sump holds 30% of locker's
liquid storage capacity surpassing regulatory and FM requirements.
Static Electricity Bonding/Grounding System: Interior wall-mounted grounding lugs and exterior grounding connection, separate 8-ft. grounding rod and cable for customer installation.
