Because everyone's needs are different, Global Finishing Solutions has designed a benefits program that offers the flexibility to create your own plan based on your requirements and those of your family. Depending on the options selected, some or all of the cost is paid by the company. Any payments you make for flexible benefits will be from pre-tax dollars. |
Health Insurance: |
Standard PPO Plan/Person
In Network $1,000 deductible 15% Employee Coinsurance to $2,100. |
Premium PPO Plan/Person
In Network $500 deductible 15% Employee Coinsurance to $1,100.

Cash Back Option
For those employees that do not elect to participate in the company sponsored medical plan, GFS offers 25% of the company's benefit contribution to be returned to the empoyee in their bi-weekly paychecks. |

Additional Benefits: |
401(k) Plan:
- -Eligible to participate in the plan after 3 months of service
- -You can contribute 1-100% of your eligible pay through regular payroll deductions, up to the IRS maximum
- -GFS will match 50% of the first 4% contributed by the employee. The company match is vested based on a vesting schedule.
Profit Sharing:
-Eligible to participate after 1 year of service.
-GFS will match 3-10% of your annual base compensation. Contributions will be based on company profitability.
-Profit Sharing Contributions are placed in each employees 401(k) account annually and will be vested based on your years of service
Bonuses:
-Competitive bonus plans availalbe for all positions
Short term/ Long term Disability:
-Each employee is eligible for short and long term disability after 1 year of service.
Educational Assistance:
-GFS will assist all regular full-time employees who have been employed by GFS for at least one year in educational programs that are pre-approved by GFS.
GFS Employee Student Scholarship:
-Any employee with a child who will be enrolled in post-secondary education is eligible for a GLOBL FINISHING SOLUTIONS EMPLOYEE STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP |
