Global Finishing Solutions, a national market leader in the Spray Booth & Systems Industry, located in Osseo, Wisconsin is now accepting applications for the following:

Application Engineer- Level Two:  This individual will be part of Systems Sales team.  The Application Engineer would plan, direct and coordinate estimating and quoting functions for the Systems Sales team on GFS products and projects.  Would clearly define appropriate technical approaches and solutions to the most mission critical challenges.  Will provide technical and administrative guidance as needed within the department.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Supervising and prioritizing the preparation of project estimates and written quotations.
• Maintaining RFQ log, and coordinating activities with the Sales Department and Research and Development.
• Developing and implementing written estimating procedures including material and labor estimating guidelines.
• Assuring overall concept design approaches meet client specifications.
• Will have the supervisory responsibilities for a small group of drafting personnel.

Education and/or Experience:  Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience and competence is necessary.  Must have knowledge of estimating and preparing detailed quotations in industrial heat processing equipment and electrical controls.  Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft software products and CAD.  Previous experience working with safety codes such as NFPA, NEC, FM, IRI, NFG, and OSHA.
