SFD Drying Systems

SFD Drying systems are available from 10 to 100 HP models. These systems are complete with pre-filtration and mounting accessories. The dryers use molecular sieve media which will not break down like silica gel found in some dryers. The towers will automatically regenerate at a predetermined time cycle. Typical life if the media is between three to four years before replacing. All that is necessary to replace the media is to unscrew the towers and replace with new ones. Purge rates from as low as 4% to 10 % depending on model and dew point needed.

SFD Dryers can be used on mobile equipment and are availible in 12 volt & 24 volt heated versions.

SFD Ultra Drying Systems

10 to 30 horse power systems available

This system is engineered to give you down to minus 40 degree dew point air. What is unique about this system is that the air is dried and stored in an 80 gallon ASME receiver tank. This allows for higher intermittent flows without sacrificing air quality along with the additional volume of air. The system has a Tsunami Water Separator and Coalescing filter for pre- filtration with Moisture Minder automatic drains standard. Also built into the system is a complete system bypass to allow for maintenance without shutting down. The system has a one way check valve entering the tank so dry air will only flow out of the tank in one direction, where it is needed. There is also a high flow precision regulator on the outlet of the tank.

Membrane Air Drying System

The Tsunami membrane drying system requires no electricity and comes ready to install for applications requiring clean dry oil free air. After the air passes through the Tsunami Automatic Water Separator & Oil Coalescer it goes into the membrane dryer which removes water vapor and lowers the dew point of the air. A precision air regulator then reduces pressure to you requirements. The ½” ball valve included in the system allows the inlet air to be shut off when system is not in use, preventing wasting air.
