GFS WAVE Filter Media

GFS Wave filter media is designed to depth load with minimal face loading, is the most versatile single-stage filtration media made for paint spray booths. The 99.83% particulate removal efficiency incorporates an excellent filtration capacity and longer filter service life. Material complies with requirements of UL 900 and NFPA-33.

GFS Wave media has a convoluted surface designed to create a maximum surface area of filtration with exceptional depth loading ability. This filtration media not only removes overspray from the spray booth’s exhaust air flow, the “Waves” capture and retain overspray within the media, reducing run-off. Reduced run off means less booth floor clean-up and quicker, more efficient filter changes.

Polyester Pads

Made from Multi-Layered, multi-density polyester. Approved and listed: Class 2 by Underwriters Laboratories and conform to OSHA Standards.

Panel Filters

Final filter for Ovens.

Fiberglass

Exhaust Filter Pads are designed exclusively to collect paint over spray.  They are made from continuous filament glass fibers with an open weave pattern that allows particles to penetrate deep into the pad and hold more paint. U.L. Class 2 approved.

High Performance Polyester Roll Media

Designed for High Production Applications. Features High Capacity Capture and High Efficiency Air Pollution Control. U.L. Listed Class 2 Approved.

INTAKE FILTERS

Intake Pads

High efficiency filters extract 100% of visible dust and removes micron particles. Internal welded steel frame for easy fit with self-sealing gasket. Internal wire support and heat sealed seams prevent media flutter. U.L. listed, Class 2923X for flammability.

High Temperature Roll Media

Global Finishing Solutions only uses Hi Temp Compatible media. These filters are suitable for use with the Smart Cure type control systems, which generate higher heat during the cure cycles. Polyester fiber bonded with a polyvinyl chloride binder, diffusion media High-Temperature. Flame Retardant added.

Tacky Roll Media
Progressively structured high performance media made from synthetic fibers, resin bonded with special adhesive. The filters do not migrate paint particles. Self-extinguishing and have a 100% coating of fibers. U.L. Class 2 approved.

POWDER & DUST FILTERS 

Bag Filters
Pocketed filter, individual pocket edges and internal dividing bars are heat sealed for no stitch holes. Pockets are assembled using individual modular design. The exceptionally high dust holding capacity provides long life.

         
Pad
Medium efficiency pleated panel filter. Contains up to 16 pleats per linear foot. Radial pleat construction for minimum pressure. Available in U.L. Class 2 or 1, in 4", 2" and 1" depths. Nonwoven cotton/synthetic blend media.

Cartridge
Cartridge filters are used for Powder Recover booths as well as uses in safe air dust collection systems.

Available in 1" – 2" thickness and 24" to 84" width. U.L. Class 2 approved.

PAPER FILTERS

Paper Mesh:
The mesh filters are comprised of numerous layers of U.L. Class 2 approved kraft media. 

Paper Mesh Polyester Backing

These filters are highly efficient and are known for their high dust holding capacity. They are constructed of seven layer expanded paper with a white polyester backing.

Pleated Cardboard

The unique collapsible pleated filter with round holes captures paint particles outside the air stream in the holding pockets.

3-STAGE FILTRATION

Three stage system specifically designed for the collection of aerospace chromate coating overspray, virtually eliminating dangerous chromium emissions up the stack. Exceeds E.P.A Method 319: A complete set of test results from an accepted independent laboratory is available on request.  Test results shall meet or exceed the minimum requirements of E.P.A. Test Method 319 for Aerospace Manufacturing and Reworking (NESHAP).

Roll Media - Stage 1

Multi-Layered Polyester Media. The air-entry side is constructed of a mixture of lofted denier fiber. The air-leaving side is comprised of a mixture of heavily needled media to densify. Media weighs 1.2oz per sq. ft.

Pad - Stage 2

The Filter Panel is constructed of two different layers of tackified polyester media, sealed together so the tackified layers of each media touch in the center. The air-entry layer is constructed of multi-layered, multi-density polyester with heavy, non-migrating tackifier on the air-leaving side. The air-leaving media is a heavily needled polyester, densified up to ¼" thick, tackified on the air-entry side with a weight of 0.42oz per sq. ft.

Bag Filters - Stage 3

The 6-Pocket Bag Filter, is constructed of a composite of pre-filter, melt blown and spun bound polyester fibers. The pockets are sewn together on the perimeter with two heat seals, forming three air channels in each bag pocket. The bag pockets on the metal support is inserted into a galvanized metal header. The galvanized header contains an acceptable sealing agent inside of each header to eliminate the possibility of paint bypass within the filter.
