AdvanceCure
Accelerated Airflow System

These video clips show how AdvanceCure accelerates the airflow inside the paintbooth to provide the optimum flash-off and curing process. By accelerating and directing the filtered heated air, AdvanceCure provides optimum heat rise over the painted panels to achieve uniform curing for the best possible finish.

AdvanceCure Video Footage

Clip #1 - AdvanceCure Off - Hood

Here you can see the illustrative smoke lingering on the surface of the vehicle, just as the paint solvents and fume would. This prevents the solvents lying underneath from being extracted from the coating, and delays the curing process.

Clip #2 - AdvanceCure ON - Hood

Now with AdvanceCure turned on, the high-velocity air breaks up the low-pressure layer that caused the smoke to linger on the surface. This rapid movement of air draws solvents out of the coating in a more efficient manner, providing much faster curing and drying.

Clip #3 - AdvanceCure Off - Side Panel

Again from this angle, we can see how the smoke lingers on the hood, and how uneven the airflow is in a typical downdraft booth. The air moves slowly over the hood and other horizontal surfaces, and rapidly over the wheel area. This uneven airflow causes some areas of the painted surface to cure faster than others.

Clip #4 - AdvanceCure ON - Side Panel

With AdvanceCure turned on, you can see the accelerated airflow removing the smoke from the surface in a much more even manner. This allows all surfaces of the vehicle to cure and dry at the same rate, and achieve a faster overall cure than is typically possible.

Clip #5 - AdvanceCure Off - Entire Vehicle

With the help of some aminated graphics, you can see how the air moves inside a typical downdraft paint booth. The air moves from the top-down, slowly over the horizontal surfaces like the roof and hood, and then moves faster as it is drawn to the exhaust pit.

Clip #6 - AdvanceCure ON - Entire Vehicle

Here we see the difference AdvanceCure makes in the overall airflow inside the paint booth. By providing faster airflow from all angles, the painted surfaces are exposed to uniform heat and airflow to achieve the fastest drying and curing times possible.

Clip #7 - AdvanceCure Off - Heat Rise

With no acceleration of the airflow, downdraft booths are always warmer near the ceiling filters than they are near the exhaust pit. This causes the upper surfaces of the vehicle to warm up faster than the lower surfaces of the vehicle. This delay causes lenghty curing times and uneven drying.

Clip #8 - AdvanceCure ON - Heat Rise

By accelerating and mixing up the air inside the paint booth, the entire vehicle is brought up to optimum surface temperature much more quickly. This improved heat rise of the painted panels allows the fast moving air to draw solvents out of the coating at a uniform rate, and minimizes the total time required for a complete cure.
