Generally accepted as the best airflow style, downdraft booths do an excellent job of controlling overspray and contamination. Air flows vertically from the ceiling intake plenum at the top of the booth, over the vehicle, and into the filtered exhaust pit in the floor.
A classic design, the High-Performance Airflow ceiling (HPAC) is simple in its construction and concept, yet yields impressive performance. A full-filtered ceiling provides excellent air filtration and contamination control, and the integrated hip-style ceiling lights illuminate where you need it most.
GFS’ top-of-the-line heat system, GUL2000 heat units come standard with the Performer® XP1 paint booth. Features such as exhaust-mounted VFD, direct-drive exhaust motor and direct-fired aluminum burner make this heat unit highly efficient.

GFS guarantees that our products meet or exceed all of the applicable codes related to the equipment. GFS' Performer® XP1 paint booth is the fully loaded version of our most affordable spray booth. Incorporated into this booth is virtually every feature that set GFS booths apart from the rest.
The Performer® XP1 booth includes added features such as integrated AdvanceCure Blade® System, two-row exhaust pit, dual VFDs, best-in-class heater and upgraded smart controls for superior performance and energy efficiency.
GFS’ pre-coated, dual-skin insulated panels provide a smooth fit and finish with no exposed wires or cables. Insulated panels cut down on noise and reduce ambient heat outside of the booth, while keeping heated air inside the cabin.
GFS Performer® XP1 paint booths come standard with a fully integrated AdvanceCure Blade® System. Developed to help collision centers be more productive, efficient and profitable, GFS' AdvanceCure® Accelerated Airflow System drastically improves drying or curing times for waterborne and solvent-based coatings.
