Paint Booth Inserts



The Shamrock design is intended to allow painters of singles and light twins an economical entry into the world of aircraft paint booths.  This patented system uses about 1/2 the airflow that is required in a full-size paint booth.





The shamrock is intended to be inserted into a hangar.  It is self-supporting and does not require attachment to the building.  Typically, the Shamrock will have a replacement air heater when installed in intemperate climates.  This heater will replace all of the exhausted air. 


The tapered rear of the booth allows for the airflow over the aircraft to accelerate as it passes the wings and thus does an efficient job of capturing the overspray from painting operations.  Shamrocks are available in standard as well as custom sizes.  Standard sizes are as follows:
