In today's marketplace, resources are always limited, contracts are hard to come by and floor space is at a premium. That makes versatility a prime consideration when buying any equipment. Global Finishing Solutions is a leader in heat transfer technology and manufactures Batch Process Ovens that provide an economical solution for a variety of industrial processes.

Construction:

·   All GFS Batch Process Ovens are designed and include adjustable baffles whereby the air velocity (air movement through the oven) can be dramatically reduced and controlled for all types of different coatings, particularly Powder. This is a key GFS built-in feature.

·   Each oven is fabricated from 4” thick panels, insulated with heavy duty Mineral Wool to minimize heat lost.

·   Panels are 20 gauge aluminized steel designed with a tongue and groove system for easy interfacing and accurate assembly.

·   Support structure consists of I-beam columns and beams with bolt together assembly.

Controls
Clear displays and precise control mechanisms through use of the latest in PLC technology, our control panels provide operators with ability to monitor all stages of oven operation. Panels can be accessed remotely via modem.
