3-Pin timer board solid-state 115V factory adjusted at
100-milli-seconds on time, and a 10 second duration off time between pulses

High Production Sanding booths:

-18-gauge galvanized steel panels, precision-flanged and pre-punched for easy assembly (pre0coated optional)
-Panels are lined with fire retardant, acoustical,washable material for noise absorbtion
-Dust-laden air is pulled away from the worker at a rate of 120-140 FPM while clean air moves past the worker at the same rate
-Energy efficient light fixture(s) with inside access for easy maintenance

Downdraft design

Continuous Pulse-Jet Cleaning
-The filter cartridges are cleaned automatically. The system remains on-line continuously for full-time pollution control, better product quality, and longer machine life. These systems are available in countinuous duty/automatic or intermittent manuak cleaning versions.

Easy Maintennance
-Front cartridge removal design allows personnel to service the unit throuugh access portholes.

Downdraft Module
-The air inlet is located at the top of the unit and the downdraft airflow forces dust directly into the collector hopper below.

Downdraft Design
-horizontal filter placement allows an increased number of filters to be used. This allows increased airflow through each module.

-Deluxe Control Panel:
The state-of-the-art control panel features a photohelic pressure guage that monitors pressure drops and initiates the automatic cleaning process. During automatic cleaning, high velocity air is automatically injected into each filter on a sequential basis to clean the filters and ensure maximum airflow and long filter life.
