GFS’ EnviroTect water wash paint booth performs efficiently with even the most difficult coating materials. Straight line, non-turbulent airflow through the spray curtain improves paint particulate capture and cleaning action, while reducing energy consumption.
The following features are standard on the EnviroTect Water Wash Paint Booth:
GFS EnviroTect water wash booths are constructed with single-skin, 18-gauge, G-90 galvanized steel.
Pre-punched booth panels and nut-and-bolt assembly takes the guesswork out of installing a paint booth, and provides more structural integrity.
The EnviroTect water wash booth features a welded washer assembly, constructed of 12- and 14-gauge galvanized steel.
Air and liquid nozzles are spaced according to production and air volume requirements. Nozzles are made of 326 stainless steel, and feature 150 GPM and 4 psi.
GFS EnviroTect water wash booths include a tube axial exhaust fan(s) and a 3-phase, TEFC, dual-voltage motor(s) with variable pitch pulley.
GFS recirculating paint booths feature integrated 4-tube, inside-access fluorescent light fixtures. GFS light fixtures are ETL listed (Class 1 Division 2) and come complete with T-8 color-corrected tubes.
Interior surfaces are wetted to eliminate paint overspray buildup, which reduces booth cleaning and captures the paint within the eliminator for removal.
* Based on handling 5000 CFM of contaminated air per air/liquid nozzle, and using chemically compounded water as the wash medium.

GFS’ water wash spray booths provide an extremely efficient means for removing paint particles from the exhausted air, and are the most acceptable type of spray booth for all health, fire and building codes. Water wash spray booths are ideal when using large quantities of coatings, usually more than 5 gallons per day per square foot of face area.
