GFS’ No-Pump water wash paint booths use the highly effective scrubbing action of a water wash booth to separate paint particles from exhaust air. By channeling paint-laden exhaust air through a “water tunnel”, the no-pump system eliminates pumps, piping, filters, manifolds and nozzles.
The following features are standard on the No-Pump Water Wash Paint Booth:
GFS No-Pump water wash booths are constructed with single-skin, 18-gauge, G-90 galvanized steel.
Pre-punched booth panels and nut-and-bolt assembly takes the guesswork out of installing a paint booth, and provides more structural integrity.
The No-Pump water wash booth features a welded washer assembly, constructed of 12- and 14-gauge galvanized steel. Wash chamber works equally well in crossdraft and downdraft booth configurations.
The gap between the water surface and entrainment plate is kept within + 1% of its optimum dimension. This is accomplished with a GFS float box with water level control unit. Directly connected to the water tank, the float box senses water level changes immediately and accurately. Located outside of the booth, it is isolated from contaminating water and spray, and each be easily accessed for inspection and calibration.
GFS recirculating paint booths feature integrated 4-tube, inside-access fluorescent light fixtures. GFS light fixtures are ETL listed (Class 1 Division 2) and come complete with T-8 color-corrected tubes.
GFS’ No-Pump water wash booths include a low-sound, high-efficiency, mixed flow inline fan.
GFS’ No-Pump water wash booths are custom booths. Our engineers will work with you to design a booth to your specific requirements. Contact GFS for custom ordering information.
GFS guarantees that our products meet or exceed all of the applicable codes related to the equipment. Our engineers regularly follow and contribute to the advancement of codes and standards that affect the industries that we work in. GFS’ water wash spray booths provide an extremely efficient means for removing paint particles from the exhausted air, and are the most acceptable type of spray booth for all health, fire and building codes. Water wash spray booths are ideal when using large quantities of coatings, usually more than 5 gallons per day per square foot of face area.
